| Being an integral segment of the society, Youth deserve
particular comprehensive care. Social, economical,
political, educational and demographic factors are reflected
on the society as well as on the Youth, consequently
affecting youth behavior towards the society. Therefore
social and human modern sciences focus on studying Youth
circumstances, attitude and boosting their positive role in
the society.
According to last statistics, youth represent
35% of the total Egyptian population. Many of them do not
attend or irregularly go to schools. Educational institutes,
school activities, libraries… are seldom which prevent Youth
from self expressing and exploring new horizons.
Consequently giving priority to Youth activities through
this program will provide them with equal opportunities and
cultural rights.
